Daughter : What are ‘goals’, Daddy?
Dad : A goal could be something that you want to do or it could be something that you want to be or it could be something that you want to have.
Daughter : Like a donut?
Dad : Uh… Well, kind of. But usually it’s something that you work hard for.
Daughter : I have to work hard for the donut.
Dad : How?
Daughter : I have to ask you 10 times. That's hard work!
Dad : Okay, I guess that could be a goal, too…
